Hidden Potential
	Turn any one into a combo attacker. Increase chance of an additional attack per level by 2% , there are 15 extra levels. The chance of an additional attack is rare , with the chance that the additional attack being a super attack. If the character has Multiple Super Attacks the additional attack of the hidden potential skill will always choose the lowest ki super attack.
