Struggling on this event especially on the last part with super Vegito and his high defense. I barely do any damage; any help is appreciated.

from what i can tell, you only have 2 fierce battle cards, so try
Lead: INT Goku & Vegeta (Vegito)
PHY Vegito Blue
AGL SS3 goku (no leaderskill, but shares fierce battle with leader) pair with leader for fierce battle link
INT SSG Goku
INT Vegeta
INT Janemba
and just hope that the leader and ss3 goku fierce battle can get you through
