In the 3rd Round, Super #17 will have a barrier that reduces damage taken by 75% and can only be broken by Ki-blast Super Attacks (Kamehameha, Final Flash, etc.).
The number of attacks required to break the barrier is always at a fixed number of instances so regardless of the damage you inflict, you will always need 4 Energy type Super Attacks to take down his barrier.
